Hello! This is MizzFIT with exciting news! I'm writing to update you on our beloved Baby Bump Fit Tips mama, Laura Kovall, and her beautiful new daughter, Sophia.

Big congratzz are due to our favorite fitness mama. Personally, I can't wait for her to start writing about the next stage of her fitness journey with Baby Sophia by her side. These are the H.Bloom flowers Baby Sophia will be receiving any day now. I've never sent flowers to a baby before but I really hope she likes them. Fingers crossed that she's not as flower-picky as Madonna.
