Merrell “Down & Dirty” Mud Run (NY)
This race is part of a Merrell sponsored National Mud Run Series. They’re lots of fun as long as you don’t mind getting a little dirrrty! Pretty challenging too. Check for US races by going to downanddirtymudrun.com.
Surfing indoors with Sarah Ponn from SurfSET Fitness
We might be catching fake waves but it’s still exercise! The SurfSET workout is obviously inspired by surfing and arguably just as fun. Riding the Ripsurfer X board-machine is such a unique and stimulating fitness experience that you won’t even realize how hard you’re working. Great for core and arms! The music and surf videos projected on studio walls add to the allure and fun.

Taking my new hula hoop for a spin in the park!
My travel friendly fitness hoop from Canyon Hoops weighs about 2 pounds. I use it to strengthen my abs and it comes in handy for travel because it twists and folds in half for car or plane.
