If so, the ING New York City Marathon is an amazing race event. Where else can you hear Frank Sinatra’s New York, New York blasting over loud speakers as you cross the start line with 38,000 New Yorkers? NO WHERE! The lottery for this year’s marathon is now closed, but you can still run by fund-raising for a charity organization. Not a bad deal and you’ll feel like a hero as you cross the finish line.
