I'm really digging these performance water bottles by Adidas. They're easy to grip and sleeker than ever. If you carry water while you run, this is the way to do it. Unless you're running long distance or training for a marathon, ditch the fanny packs and utility belts and hydrate in style.
I heard that Forza, a group fitness class at Equinox gym, was martial arts inspired but I had no idea it involved a sword. When I walked into class, I thought ‘this is going to be a piece of cake’. C’mon…how much can you really move with a big, heavy stick?
According to this Wall Street Journal article babies are hitting the gym and taking group fitness classes. Childhood obesity has skyrocketed over the years and baby gyms are an interesting preventative measure. Gone are the days of the sandbox, the inflatable pool and the McDonald’s indoor playground. Babies are working out and have the memberships to prove it. I’m eager to watch the evolution of this trend and hope it inspires mommy and daddy to hit the gym, too.
