Are you kidding me? I love Kim K! She has a great approach to working out without losing or being ashamed of your curves.

What qualification does Kim Kardashian have to provide fitness information?

Lisa, the answer to that is that she trains with the best of Hollywood’s health & fitness trainers (who actually choreograph the fitness program led by Kim and partner with her on the videos). Also, she’s a celeb of interest who works out a lot and who a lot of women can relate to because of her physique and experiences with weight loss. I think that gives her enough credibility to inspire women to get into great shape and lead them through a healthy cardiovascular and strength training workout. On the flip side, she’s probably not certified and she’s definitely not a doctor but I don’t think women who buy her video expect her to provide that kind of information. I think they’re just looking to have fun working out to Kim K. But it’s a matter of personal taste. I happen to love the videos. Let me know if you try it out. Thanks for your comment!

I have not tried any of these DVDs but my husband and I found some of the best fitness DVDs that we have ever used athrough beachbody. WE are currently using P90X and have seen amazing changes in our Cardio, physical and weight. I agree with the fact that sometimes the gym is just no happening. In our case it usually didn’t happen. Why waste the fees get yourself a fitness DVD and go to it at home. http://revupforfitness.com/
