My grandma recently passed away. She played a huge role in shaping my life and I needed some time to mourn and recover. That's her above, moments after getting a surprise kiss from Shorty. To all my readers: thank you for being patient and understanding why it's been so quiet on mizzFIT.com.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I had the same type of relationship with my grandmother who passed away 3 years ago. It’s devastating. Hang in there. *Hugs*
