Not only am I in this video (can you spot me?) but I couldn't agree more with Bloomberg TV's findings. Yoga's popularity and sales growth even during tough economic times proves it's not a fad but a restorative workout on many levels.

This is so great to watch! I am so happy to see that people love yoga as much as I do. I started doing it with my family while in high school. That was over 10 years ago. During that time I have watched yoga go from an activity for some to a full out craze. I really do hope that it does not become too commercial and lose many of its benefits (like restorative breathing). Other than that I’m all for the yoga chains! It makes it easier for me to get to my yoga!
