If Kat Von D and Amy Winehouse went to the gym together, Kat would be clear-minded from lots of yoga and find herself a real man (like a CrossFit hottie) and Amy would be so hooked on endorphins she’d be the last to leave the gym. Obviously there’s no chance of this ever happening due to Amy’s untimely passing, but that doesn’t mean a girl like myself can’t be inspired by the thought of it. I’m stressing! So this blog post is as much for me as it is for you. If you get worked up thinking about your check list of To Do’s that still need to be checked or snap at your loved ones because, well, they just happened to be standing there, then it’s time to stop what you’re doing and CHECK-IN WITH YOURSELF. Don’t go to that crazy place that makes you feel physically and emotionally exhausted (I’ve been there and it ain’t pretty). Instead, breathe and take notice of the things in your life that are absolutely fantastic. Re-connecting to your present moment and finding your balance can be active and fun. Bluefish Sport apparel is a cross between bad-ass and sexy mama in terms of style. If Lululemon Athletica is the-girl-next-door then Bluefish Sport is the girl who had her first open mouth kiss in the 2nd grade. There's nothing wrong with that...some of us gals just "mature" faster! Bluefish active wear is fitted and less forgiving than other brands but that's OK you've been working out!
