How about belly dance classes at Christina's Belly Dance School in Forest Hills, Queens. A 90 minute class starts with a 30 minute abdominal workout followed by one hour of dance. Not only is it a great workout for women but it is terrific fun!! Must try. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workshops during the week and a Sunday workout from 12-1:30 pm. Only $20.
