Fit Tips for Moms with Little Kids (...like how to stay sane and not eat your kids food!)

 

It ain't easy being a MOM. It's a full-time gig and you can't clock out...unless you wanna end up on Nancy Grace. And I'm guessing that's not the kind of "press" you're looking for.

Since I have no kids (except for 2 Puggles, 3 cacti and a vase full of 10-year-old lucky bamboo), I sought out a pro to help me with this MizzFIT Video. I asked super-mom Megan Hutt (who is my best friend from pre-school) to share 3 tips to help moms stay healthy, active and sane while raising (and running after) kids.
