Barre is a workout I do weekly because I love the results I get! I recently went on Great Day St. Louis to talk about my obsession with barre. Her prodigees went on to turn barre fitness into a successful business of popular, packed classes. How To Gift A Man

I've been known to give good gift. But shopping for men is hella hard. Especially when it's for one of the most important men in your life--your dad.  I have 1 rule when I give a present: it has to be healthy or inspire active living. That's what I'm known for so I stick to that. Tip #1  Develop a style or consistent approach to gift giving. Men don't like to be kept in the dark, because they know whatever you give them they'll have to top when it's time to shop for you. If you set a level of expectation, they will ALWAYS look forward to your gifts and rave about them in conversation. It feels good to see the presents I give people being used to move and explore. Athleta and Lauren Imparato Shine at Yoga Solstice in Times Square

On June 21st, Athleta was the headlining sponsor of Solstice in Times Square put on by Times Square Alliance for it's 13th year. This is the yearly event where yogis come together right smack in the middle of Times Square to celebrate the day the sun is at its highest position in the sky for the longest period of time. I was there front and center at 9am. What sets this year's event apart from the last few, aside from the bearably cooler weather, was yoga-preneur Lauren Imparato leading the highly publicized morning class. I've known Lauren since I founded Mizzfit.com. She was one of my first yoga studio reviews and continues to pioneer athletic style yoga. Her practice of I.AM.YOU. yoga is not easy.
