Mizzfit Fitness Gloves In Production!

I'm so excited to report that the strength training gloves I designed are officially in production. I teamed up with G-LOVES to do a special collaboration series, which includes boxing wraps too. Yay for cute boxing wraps, FINALLY! I'm dying with anticipation because... I really took the time to get the designs and colors right. The prints are inspired by my love for bananas, and the FACT that bananas are the official fruit of fitness. I mean, everyone knows that. And, there's no question that you should always GO BANANAS for your workout! Am I crazy for being so ridiculously excited about fitness gloves? Hmm, I don't think. Work Your Booty Like A TV Host

Yes! The couch potato booty blast is definitely something you need in your life! That's why I drove 2 hours to New Haven, Connecticut o show Ryan Kristafer, the host of the CT Style Morning Show, how to do it. Let's just say he tried...which I'll give him plenty of credit for. Athleta and Lauren Imparato Shine at Yoga Solstice in Times Square

On June 21st, Athleta was the headlining sponsor of Solstice in Times Square put on by Times Square Alliance for it's 13th year. This is the yearly event where yogis come together right smack in the middle of Times Square to celebrate the day the sun is at its highest position in the sky for the longest period of time. I was there front and center at 9am. What sets this year's event apart from the last few, aside from the bearably cooler weather, was yoga-preneur Lauren Imparato leading the highly publicized morning class. I've known Lauren since I founded Mizzfit.com. She was one of my first yoga studio reviews and continues to pioneer athletic style yoga. Her practice of I.AM.YOU. yoga is not easy.
