Barre is a workout I do weekly because I love the results I get! I recently went on Great Day St. Louis to talk about my obsession with barre. Four Seasons Adds Fitness to Luxury Amenities

I tend to talk a lot. So I decided to change things up a bit and SHOW YOU how I use all the fitness trends that I decide to put in my Quarterly Boxes.
