A Hidden Gem on my #WhereToNow Road Trip

I’m not one of those fitness girls that doesn’t eat. Healthy, yummy food is how I reward myself. On my road trip to fit with Tri-State Ford, I’m finding great places to nosh post-workout. Chasing Waterfalls on my #WhereToNow Road Trip

The Croton Aqueduct in Croton Gorge Park, NY is a sight to behold. I teamed up with Tri-State Ford on a "road trip to fit" in my 2015 Ford Escape and this was my 2nd stop. The first step out of bed is the hardest step you’ll take all day. Along with Tri-State Ford, I’m going to show you how every step afterwards can lead you to an exciting adventure. Here are 5 tips that help me conquer the day every morning: Plan and prepare your breakfast the night before. It’s the most important meal you’ll have all day. I prep and freeze fruit for my smoothies the night before or I’ll soak chia seeds in almond milk for a yummy chia pudding breakfast. Make sure you’re fully stocked with all fixings for coffee or tea. I can’t start my day without it! Commit to an early morning workout by signing up for a class at a local studio. Or better yet, make a fit date with a friend.
