Meditate: It's Easier Than You Think!

Meditation in the fast world. Is it really possible? Especially with how busy and complicated our lives have become? How is it even possible to meditate to relax and focus inward when we are so attached to our devices? Like our mobile phones, headphones and wireless earbuds, GPS health trackers and more! My Road Trip with Ford

The Fall of 2015, I had the most amazing time road tripping throughout the Tri-State area with Ford Motors in a 2015 Ford Escape. We filmed all my fit adventures while on the road and gave away road trips and incredible lease deals to people who entered the #WhereToNow sweepstakes. The concept of the beautifully captured campaign was that an exciting adventure could be as close as your backyard. You don't have to travel far-away to experience something new, healthy and active. We often take for granted the wonderful parks and historical sights within the region we live in. These are great places to work out and find inspiration. So why not make a day trip of it? The #WhereToNow campaign is no longer viewable on YouTube or TV (my road trip was all over the news!) as it came to an end in December 2015. Don't Crunch! Twist Your Abs.

Swimsuit season is here and your abs are DYING to see the sun. But are you ready to show them off? Here's a great way to do that... TWIST AND TURN YOUR ABS INTO FITNESS MODEL SHAPE! I went on Pix11 Morning News in New York City today to share my Caliente Calves routine, which you're going to love for summer! It's really simple and you can do it at home without any equipment. Reporter Lisa Mateo didn't even wear shoes and she did just fine :) But first, why should you focus on working out your calves? These are my uncontestable reasons: They give your legs shape. They show off muscle tone, which tells people that you work out. They're SEXY! These days, it's not just about hips and booty. Naked And Not Afraid

I could spend an eternity wanting more…never satisfied with what I’ve got. Or, I could be happy with the skin on my back and the beautiful things I have in my life at this very moment. I could be happy with my dreams, whether or not they manifest. I could be happy with everything that makes me, Me, even if other people criticize. I'm In Lucy's New Campaign Called Childspose

Having a bad day? Things just not going your way? Tell me about it! The past week of my life has been a Groundhog Day of mishaps. I missed an incredibly important meeting last Thursday, then lost my phone and keys (which were eventually retrieved) and then yesterday somone important that I was supposed to interview for my Mizzfit YouTube channel cancelled at the last minute (just as my makeup artist and videographer were arriving to set up). Ughhhhhh! I blame no one but myself and the universe for these things. Because sometimes things just don't work out...and the worst thing you could do is get upset or blame someone else for the mishap. It's also bad to beat yourself up over an event that cannot be changed. All you can do is learn from it, focus on what's ahead and realize that it's not the end of the world. With that said, when I was asked to be a part of Lucy's #CHILDSPOSE campaign, I was like HELL YES! For me, it was a nice way to find humor in all the things that go...
