I found Josh Tk on instagram. His faceless photography is mysteriously beautiful and compelling. You can't just look at one picture. You'll eventually find yourself clicking on every square on his instagram profile much like I did. To my delight, I discovered that Josh Tk is from my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. So I reached out to him to express my fandom and whadayaknow, he's the nicest guy on earth! Josh invited me to shoot a few faceless pics with him and told me to pick the location. I chose one of my favorite spots to walk through in St. Louis: Concordia Seminary. It has a quiet, gothic feel to it, and my hunch was that Josh would dig it as a backdrop. I tend to talk a lot. So I decided to change things up a bit and SHOW YOU how I use all the fitness trends that I decide to put in my Quarterly Boxes. I was born, afterall, in the "Show Me State" of Missouri. If you think I'm kidding, I'm not. That really is the state slogan. Wishing you had a more flattering bra for all your sleeveless tops and dresses this summer? I feel you. I’m a sleeveless-outfit-kind-of-girl and my issue is finding a bra that makes the area where my underarm and side boob meet look shapely. I've never fallen in love with a fitness tracker that could be worn as jewelry until I came across Mira. If you follow me on Instagram, you've seen me wearing this t-shirt a lot lately. Well, there's a reason for it. I completely fell in love with it! I got in touch with the designer, Geneva Peschka from SunandDaughtersCo on Etsy, to find out more about the inspiration behind the shirt. She told me that over the last few years she's been doing a lot of self work and stumbled across Spirit Junkie by Gabrielle Bernstein. Spirit Junkie and the book A Return To Love by Marianne Williamson really helped open her mind and heart to all the amazing possibilities that can happen when someone chooses love over fear.
